These Terms and conditions apply to individuals.

Promotion not cumulative & guaranteed price

Our discounts are not cumulative, even in the event of a display problem in your basket / The prices are guaranteed except error and within the limits of available stocks.

We collect payments after checking our stock and the compliance of the order. We reserve the right not to fulfill orders at no cost to you.

Satisfied or refunded

In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of  14 working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any article that does not suit him. The item must be returned in its original packaging. The costs of packaging and returning the product are borne by the consumer.

The harbors

We offer shipping costs

• From an order of 80 € for our first transport area (ie: mainland France including Corsica, Monaco and Andorra).
• From an order of 100 € for the Spain area.
• From an order of 130 € for the Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom (UK) area.

Deliveries and returns

Packages are generally delivered within 72 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo and Mondial Relay, delivered without signature. A link will be sent to you by email on the day of shipment, which will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
